Welcome!

Are you a medical professional or caregiver?

Do you feel exhausted? Angry? Numb? Like you have run out of patience and compassion? Do you often wonder how much longer you can stand doing the work that you do?

Are you a new or expecting mother?

Have things not gone like you thought they would? Are you feeling scared? Alone? Overwhelmed? Are you feeling guilty or ashamed that you are feeling the way that you do?

Are you recovering from a hospital stay and/or medical procedure?

Did unexpected difficulties or challenges arise? Is your recovery more difficult than you thought it would be, either physically, emotionally, or both? Are you feeling hopeless? Shocked? Grief-stricken? Angry?

Most importantly:

Have you tried to solve these problems on your own and realized you need help from someone else?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you’re in the right place!

I specialize in providing therapy for medical professionals and caregivers, women and mothers, and people who may have experienced medical trauma. Over the past 15 years I have worked with countless numbers of medical professionals and the patients they care for–including new and expectant mothers. Helping the helpers and those that they serve is my greatest passion–you are my favorite people! For years I have seen how hard you work and how valiantly you show up. It is your turn to get the support you deserve. I am so glad you have found your way here.

dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy"
